Ingredients

20 grams vanilla bean powder

150 grams cane sugar
Directions
Put the sugar and vanilla bean powder into a food processor or spice grinder. Note: if using a spice grinder, smaller batches of both ingredients may be required to avoid overflow.
Pulse the mixture until the sugar turns a pale tan color.
Transfer contents into an airtight container.
Store out of direct sunlight in a dry area for up to two years.
